Refund Policy
β If Ummah Host BD fails to provide support or resolve any other issue, the client can get a refund. However, refund requests will not be accepted after 7 days.
β Once a domain is registered, its amount is non-refundable. Similarly, once a domain transfer is initiated, it is also non-refundable.
β VPS or Dedicated Server is completely non-refundable.
β There is no money back guarantee in reseller hosting.
β If any service is canceled / suspended / terminated due to non-compliance with our Terms of Service, it will not be refundable.
β Money deposited in the client account is non-refundable, but it can be used to purchase any other service.
β Cancellation requests made from anywhere other than the client area will not be accepted.
β Once a cancellation request is submitted, that account cannot be reactivated. A new package will have to be purchased.
β³ Cancellation and Refunds Procedure
β To cancel the service, you need to submit a Request Cancellation from the Client Area.
Click on the icon next to the package you want to cancel β Request Cancellation β Fill out the form and submit.
Cancellation Options:
Immediate Cancellation: Your package will be deleted within 1-24 hours.
End of Billing Period: The package will be active until the last billing date, after which it will be automatically canceled.
(Refund is not applicable for this option)
β After the cancellation request, open a ticket in the Billing Department.
The refund process may take from 1 day to a maximum of 15 days. Depending on the gateway, sending charges / gateway charges / cash out charges will be deducted.
β If you want to get a refund from Ummah Host BD Account Credit Balance, then mention it in the ticket.
You will get the refund within 1 minute to 1 hour.
